I was instructor in Group 5. Rohan ji is our group leader with all other committed instructors Nanddeep, Rithika ji,Krishna, Rajgopal & KK Tyagi ji. Every day we used to practice Yoga with participants , it was just an amazing training with all & very much inspiring journey in terms of knowledge & practical experience we have gained here. Sunday comman sessions are like a divine feast .... Full information with every aspect....As I am from South Africa. Morning session time 4.30 am. for me ....But I very much enjoyed entire schedule.... Many Many thanks to Sushrita ji, Arati ji, Archana ji,Mugdha ji and all other team members..... Expecting such kind of many more programme in coming future as well....Which surely would be benefited for all the Yoga Sadhaks in the entire world..... Respected all the team members Sadar Namaskaar I am doing the Yogic Activities with your team from last two days. Excellent Yogic activities has been completed with full motivation. Yoga expert and Mentor are also very intelligent and are also sort out my problems. They have emphasized each and every activities of mine.I have never done such type of Yogic activities before. Respected yoga guru Madam's has keenly observed each and every participant personally. Respected my Mentor Madam has asked me personally each and every problem of mine and at once suggested the solution. At last I personally salute all the Respected Madam's and pray to the Almighty he gives us strength for the continuity the Excellent course. Yes... totally agree.. Yoga expers observe each n every step very carefully. हर एक posture पे बहुत बारीकी से ध्यान देते है, ताकि हमसे गलत आसन या क्रिया ना हो.... प्राणायाम, अनुलोम-विलोम और बाकी क्रियाओं से we feel very calm and peaceful... सबका बताने का और बोलने का तरीका बहुत अच्छा है! असे गुरू भेटल्याबद्दल मी स्वत:ला भाग्यवान समजते.
आपण ज्या गुरूंचा आदर करतो त्यांना उच्च स्थानावर बघत असतो. त्यांचे जीवन साधे, शांत व परिपूर्ण असेल असाच विचार करतो. परंतु त्यांचीही वाटचाल सर्वसामान्यांप्रमाणे संघर्षमय झाल्याचे कळल्यावर त्यांच्याबद्दलचा आदर वृद्धींगत होतो.
नियमीतपणे योगा करत नसूनदेखील मला आपले केंद्र relax होण्याचे हक्काचे स्थान वाटत आलेय. येथून जाताना मी सकारात्मक उर्जेने भरलेली असायचे. मनात असे अढळ स्थान निर्माण केल्याबद्दल मी सगळ्या ताईंसोबत आपल्या केंद्राचीही आभारी आहे.
